Biryani Recipes

Chicken Biryani

Place 2 pounds of chicken in a bake pan. Use boneless or bone-in chicken without skin. Empty one package of Biryani Seasoning in a bowl, add 8 ounces of water and mix. Pour the sauce on the meat and mix well. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 375F for 1 to 1.5 hour or until done. Biryani meat is ready. Enjoy with your choice of rice or bread. For best flavor, layer the Biryani meat with your favorite Rice Pilaf. Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350F. Enjoy the authentic flavor of Biryani.*Basmati Rice: Boil 4 cups water.Add 4 Tbsp oil and 2 tsp salt. Wash 2 cups basmati rice with water & drain. Add washed rice to boiling water and stir. Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Simmer until water is gone. Layer rice on top of meat & bake for 30 minutes.

Add one package of Biryani Seasoning to one pound of ground beef. Mix well. Make your choice of Kabobs or patties and grill them on a skillet until done. Enjoy with rice or make sandwiches on your choice of bread.
