Curry Recipes

Chicken Curry

Place 2 pounds of chicken in a bake pan. Use boneless or bone-in chicken without skin. Empty one package of Curry Seasoning in a bowl, add 8 ounces of water and mix. Pour the sauce on the meat and mix well. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 375F for 1 to 1.5 hour or until done. Your Curry is ready. Enjoy with your choice of rice or bread.

Beef Curry

Meatball Curry or Kheema Curry

Place 2 pounds of ground beef meat balls in a bake pan. Empty one package of Curry Seasoning in a bowl, add 8 ounces of water and mix. Pour the sauce on the meat and mix well. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 375F for 1 to 1.5 hour or until done. Your Curry is ready. Enjoy with your choice of rice or bread.

To make Kheema, grill one pound of ground beef in a skillet. Add one package of Curry Seasoning to 8 ounces of water and mix. Add the Curry sauce to grilled ground beef. Add your choice of vegetables or potatoes. Mix well and simmer on low heat until done.
