Use one package seasoning for 2 pounds of chicken, beef or lamb. Use boneless or bone-in chicken without skin. Pour the seasoning on a plate and spread it. Roll the pieces of chicken on the seasoning making sure that all sides are coated fairly well. Place the chicken in a bake pan and cover it tightly with foil. Bake at 375 for one hour or until done .Mexican chicken is ready. Enjoy with Mexican Rice. (3 to 5 minutes in the kitchen). Grill 2 pounds of ground beef in a skillet and add one package of seasoning after it is grilled. Mix well and simmer with vegetables of your choice. Cook until done. Boil your choice of pasta, drain it well, add 4 table spoons of oil and Mexican seasoning to taste. Mix well. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese. Enjoy the pasta by itself or top it with your choice of meat or veggie.

Mexican Pinto Beans
Soak one pound of Pinto Beans overnight in cold tap water. Drain the water. Place the beans in a bake pan. Add one package of Mexican Seasoning, 4 table spoons of oil and 16 ounces of tap water. Mix well and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375F for 1.5 hours. Remove the cooked beans from the oven and mix well. Pinto beans are ready. Enjoy with Mexican Rice. Grind the beans or wire whip them with 16 ounces extra water. Make Burritos or enjoy them as Pinto Bean Dip with Mexican Chutney.
Get a loaf of French bread and slice it. Apply Unsalted Butter, sprinkle a pinch of Mexican seasoning and toast in an oven. The butter should be thawed before applying to the bread.
Bake Red potatoes at 375 for 1.5 hours. Chill them in the refrigerator for a couple hours after they come to room temperature. Dice the chilled potatoes. Add 4 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle Mexican seasoning to taste, mix well and enjoy the everlasting taste.

Get a 10 inch whole wheat wrap. Place cooked Mexican Meat in the middle. Fold from the right and left sides and roll into a wrap. Eat cold or warm. Great for schools, office lunches and picnics. You can also freeze these wraps for convenient future use.
Sprinkle some Mexican Seasoning on your eggs. Make Mexican Mash potatoes. How about Mexican Chutney ? 2 Tablespoon Mexican seasoning 4 tablespoon water. Mix well. Chutney is ready. Load your Taco shells with cooked Mexican ground beef, lettuce and tomato. Home made Tacos are ready for families or party time. Enjoy with Mexican Chutney.
