Tandoori Chicken

Use one package seasoning for 2 pounds of chicken. Place the seasoning in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of oil to the seasoning. Mix the oil and the seasoning. Add to chicken and mix well. Place the meat in a bake pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in the oven at 375 F for 1 to 1.5 hours or until done.

Tandoori Lamb

Use one package seasoning for 2 pounds of lamb. Place the seasoning in a bowl and add 4 tablespoons of oil to the seasoning. Mix the oil and the seasoning. Add to lamb and mix well. Place the meat in a bake pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in the oven at 375 F for 1 to 1.5 hours or until done.

Tandoori Ground Beef or Kabob

For ground beef, grill one pound meat in a skillet and add one package of seasoning after it is grilled. Mix well and simmer with vegetables of your choice. To make Tandoor Kabob add one package seasoning to one pound ground beef. Mix well and make small ground beef patties and skillet cook the kabobs until they are done.
