9 in 1 Vegan Delights

Make your choice of Green Beans, Cauliflower, Spinach, Cabbage, Carrots, Broccoli, Green Chard, Kale and Mixed Vegetables. Thatís why we call it (9 in 1). Great for your health ! Mix the seasoning with vegetables and grill on a skillet (1-2-3)! Cook a package of cole slaw with this seasoning in a skillet. If you never like veggies, then this flavor is for you.

Procedure

Use one package seasoning per pound of fresh or frozen vegetables. Place the diced or chopped vegetables in a pan or a skillet. Empty the contents of the package in a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of oil and mix well. Pour the seasoning and the oil on your favorite vegetables in the skillet, mix and simmer on low flame until done. Stir the vegetables a few times while they cook. Enjoy with rice or bread. Use it as a side dish with your favorite meal.

Mexican Pasta

Boil your choice of pasta, drain it well, add 4 table spoons of oil and Mexican seasoning to taste. Enjoy the pasta by itself or top it with your choice veggies.

Mexican Rice

Cook one cup of rice. Add 4 table spoons of oil to the cooked rice and Mexican seasoning to taste. Mix well. Enjoy the rice with beans.

Mexican Pinto Beans

Soak one pound of Pinto Beans overnight in cold tap water. Drain the water. Place the beans in a bake pan. Add one package of Mexican Seasoning, 4 table spoons of oil and 16 ounces of tap water. Mix well and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375F for 1.5 hours. Remove the cooked beans from the oven and mix well. Pinto beans are ready. Enjoy with Mexican Rice. Grind the beans or wire whip them with 16 ounces extra water. Make Burritos or enjoy them as Pinto Bean Dip with Mexican Chutney.

Mexican Bread

Get a loaf of French bread and slice it. Apply Olive Oil, sprinkle a pinch of Mexican seasoning and toast in an oven.

Mexican Potatoes

Bake Red potatoes at 375 for 1.5 hours. Chill them in the refrigerator for a couple hours after they come to room temperature. Dice the chilled potatoes. Add 4 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle Mexican seasoning to taste, mix well and enjoy the everlasting taste.

Italian Pasta

Boil your choice of pasta, drain it well, add 4 table spoons of oil and Italian seasoning to taste. Enjoy the pasta by itself or top it with your choice veggies.

Italian Potatoes
