This is how to do it:

Buy 2 pounds chicken, 2 pounds lamb, 2 pounds ground beef. Mold ground beef into kabobs. Place the meat in 3 bake pans. Use one package of seasoning of your choice for 2 pounds of meat. (Italian, Mexican, Curry, Biryani, Tandoor). You may want to cook all 5 varieties with 30 minutes in the kitchen or you may cook just 2 or 3 varieties based on the need of your family. Standard Baking Procedures

Quick Reference Guide for Seasonings

Italian : 1 package seasoning + 2 tablespoon oil. Mix.

Mexican: 1 package seasoning. Spread on a plate. Roll meats.

Curry : 1 package seasoning + 8 ounces water. Mix.

Biryani : 1 package seasoning + 8 ounces water. Mix.

Tandoor: 1 package seasoning + 4 tablespoon oil. Mix

Vegetarian : 1 package seasoning + 4 tablespoon oil. Mix.
